Highlands Winery began in 2001 with the vision of using ultra premium Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel to produce world class wines in the Bordeaux tradition. Using French oak barrels and hands-on craftsmanship these wines were produced in small lots with careful attention to detail. The results are wines which drink very well upon release and continue to improve for many years. Highland's founders were pioneers in the Napa Valley wine business. This experience stands out in the structure and complexity of Highland's wines.
